This is a fun, fast paced coached class using functional equipment, heavy lifts, interval drills, and team work. You will work hard, but you will never train on your own.

These classes are our own unique blend of conventional Kickboxing and functional fitness training, giving you the ultimate high intensity fitness workout.
Strictly speaking these classes are non contact Kickboxing classes, meaning that there is no sparring or risk of injury. You will get the full benefits of Kickboxing training without the bruises, and you’ll learn how to punch and kick like a professional kick boxer, but you will get in shape too.
This style of martial arts training has all the characteristics of a modern combat style: boxing, kicking, clinching, throwing, and leg catches, but strong traditional values of Chinese Martial Arts.
We feel that San Shou Kickboxing is a great alternative to the current trend of Mixed Martial Arts. San Shou (also known as San Da) Kickboxing is fast paced, fun, and a dynamic form of martial arts training. You’ll not only get strong and fit, you’ll learn how to defend yourself effectively with a blend of technique.
A form of martial arts training, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a great combat sport that focuses on throwing, grappling, and ground fighting. It is a derivative of early 20th century Kodokan Judo. Like judo, it promotes the principle that smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and proper technique; applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat them.
A modern martial art, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is very similar to Judo, but with a greater emphasis on ground fighting (newaza). This class is a perfect complement to our San Shou Kickboxing training. You should also try our FitLab or StrikeLab training alongside this class to maximise your fitness benefit.
