San Da Kickboxing
We feel that San Shou Kickboxing is a great alternative to the current trend of Mixed Martial Arts. San Shou (also known as San Da) Kickboxing is fast paced, fun, and a dynamic form of martial arts training. You’ll not only get strong and fit, you’ll learn how to defend yourself effectively with a blend of technique.
If you are new to this type of martial art training, we will teach you the basics of San Shou concentrating on shape, balance, and fitness, while teaching you the basic strikes and throws. Our classes are very friendly and multi level so you will work at a level to suit you. You don’t need to bring a friend, although you are welcome to, we will find a partner for you to train with.
